Accommodation is arranged by the school. According to the different entrance conditions of freshmen, each student in Tianjin Campus is divided into three standards: 700 yuan, 800 yuan and 1000 yuan, while each student in Langfang Campus is divided into two standards: 500 yuan and 1200 yuan.

There are three rooms and four rooms in the dormitory, and some dormitories have no separate bathrooms, all of which are air-conditioned. Hebei University of Technology was formerly Beiyang Technical School, which was founded in 1903. Later, it was renamed Zhili Higher Industrial School, Zhili Higher Industrial School, Zhili Public Industrial College, Hebei Provincial Industrial College, Hebei Provincial Institute of Technology and Hebei Institute of Technology.
