He has been engaged in the survey and design, scientific research and standard compilation of large highway bridges for 29 years and actively participated in the construction of national and "Belt and Road" key projects. He has won the honorary titles of 100 outstanding engineers of China Highway Society, brand employees of China Communications Group, "Second Meritorious Award" of Zhoushan Continental Link Island Engineering Competition, and top ten outstanding employees of Public Construction Planning Institute.
