Department of Communication Engineering, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications is a Sino-foreign cooperative school. Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, referred to as "cyit", is located in Chongqing, a municipality directly under the central government. It is a teaching and research university established by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China and the Chongqing Municipal People's Government.
