2. Admission rules

(1) Under the unified leadership of the leading group for postgraduate enrollment, all colleges and universities have determined the proposed enrollment list in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and Hunan Education Examinations Institute, and according to the enrollment plan, re-examination admission methods, candidates' initial and re-examination results, ideological and political performance and physical health.

(2) Admission rules: Each college ranks the candidates who are willing to go online and the candidates who are transferred according to the total score. First, 1 volunteers were admitted to our school, and the rest of the indicators were admitted to the transfer students according to the total score. Part-time candidates queue up separately for admission.

(3) Candidates in any of the following circumstances will not be admitted:

() Our school will send an admission notice to all candidates (including one volunteer) through the "China Graduate Admissions Information Network", and all candidates must receive the notice within 24 hours after the notice is sent, otherwise it will be regarded as automatic abandonment of admission.

(5) The application information confirmed by candidates will not be modified at the admission stage, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be admitted. Candidates who fail or fail to complete the qualification (student status) certification will not be admitted.

(6) Within 1 week after the announcement of the list of candidates to be admitted, the candidates to be admitted will send the original "Xiangtan University Postgraduate Re-examination Candidates' Actual Achievement Form" (Annex 2) to the admission college, which will review the candidates' achievements. Those who fail to mail on time or fail to pass the examination are disqualified.

(7) Freshmen who have been admitted can apply for retaining the admission qualification of 1 to 2 years before May 30, 2022 upon the application of the candidates themselves and the consent of the institutions.

(8) Undergraduate graduates and candidates who can graduate from self-study exams and online education at that time, who have not obtained a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma at the time of admission, are not eligible for admission.

(9) Within 3 months after admission, our school will conduct a comprehensive review of all candidates in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Colleges and Universities. If the review fails, the student status will be cancelled.

3. Admission category

(1) When you enter school, you should determine the way of study and employment. There are two ways of postgraduate study: full-time and part-time, and employment methods are divided into non-directional employment and directional employment. Our full-time enrollment major only recruits non-directional employment candidates (except those who enjoy the minority care policy), and the part-time enrollment major only recruits directional employment candidates. Once the way of study and employment is determined, it may not be changed.

(2) Candidates who intend to be admitted to non-directional employment, former students must send all personnel files to our school by June/KLOC-0. This year's undergraduate graduates must send their personnel files to our school with a "transfer letter" before August 3 1.

(3) Candidates who intend to be admitted to targeted employment shall sign targeted employment contracts with the admissions unit and the employing unit respectively before admission according to the provisions of the Ministry of Education. Candidates are required to send the employment contract signed with the employer and the employment agreement for part-time postgraduate students of Xiangtan University to the admission college before June 1. If the employer in the agreement is inconsistent with the employer reported online, an explanation shall be made.

(4) Non-directional employment candidates to be admitted, if they cannot obtain personnel files on time, will not be admitted, and the candidates will bear their own responsibilities.

(5) There are two kinds of candidates who plan to enroll in targeted employment (one is signed with the employer, and the other is signed with the enrollment unit, that is, the targeted employment agreement for part-time graduate students of Xiangtan University). Two types of contracts, both indispensable, will not be accepted, and the responsibility will be borne by the candidates.

4. Tuition fees and scholarships

The tuition standard is subject to the latest document of Hunan Development and Reform Commission. Academic scholarships and grants are issued according to the latest documents of the relevant departments of the school.
