Shenyang Normal University, located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, is organized and managed by the Liaoning Provincial People's Government. Selected as the "Excellent Legal Talents Training Plan" and "Excellent Teachers Training Plan" of the Ministry of Education. In 2002, Shenyang Normal University and Liaoning Institute of Education merged to form Shenyang Normal University.
