Should college students rent a house off campus?
Personally, I don't advocate college students renting houses off campus. After all, we don't want a tragedy to happen because of the news that so many students are renting out recently, but if you really have your own reasons and want to rent out, you must protect yourself. Here are some things to pay attention to when renting a house.

First, we choose a house near the school instead of renting an old building. Although the old building will be cheaper, it also has security risks, because many circuits in the old building are old, and the house may have been built for a long time and may be unstable. Don't rent a house like this, even if it is cheap, for fear that it will fall down one day.

Secondly, if you are a single female college student with sufficient funds, I think a single apartment is your best choice, because on the one hand, it has a good environment, clean facilities and convenient transportation, on the other hand, it is safer, and of course, the price is higher. If you have money, live in a single apartment.

Third, when we are looking for a house, we should not blindly listen to the intermediary. Some black intermediaries have unknown addresses, and you can't even tell whether what he said is true or not. You can go to a nearby convenience store and ask about the situation near the house. Is there anything bad happening? Pay attention to your own observation when you look at the house. If the intermediary or landlord is eager to sell the house, it is necessary to doubt whether there is a problem with the house and conduct an overall inspection of the house, including whether there will be problems such as water leakage and circuit safety.
