Second, the employment conditions.

Young teachers and staff of our school can also apply.
3. Workers who have been engaged in student education management, undergraduate tutors (class teachers) or assistant counselors, and student work assistants are preferred.
4. The age of applicants shall not exceed 28 years old in principle, and the age of faculty and staff in the school may be appropriately relaxed.
Third, the employment method and treatment
According to the school's "Several Provisions on Standardized Management and Open Recruitment of Assisted Technology" and "Interim Measures for the Employment and Management of New Faculty of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics", the recruitment is carried out.
