The first general rule
Rule number one. In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of postgraduate students in Beihang University, standardize the enrollment behavior, improve the quality of students, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, according to the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Provisions of the Ministry of Education on the Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities, and the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Printing and Distributing the Management Provisions on the Enrollment of National Postgraduates in 2023 (teaching)
Article 2 Beihang University is a state-run full-time ordinary institution of higher learning, and now it is under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The campus is divided into Xueyuan Road Campus and Shahe Campus. Xueyuan Road Campus is located at No.37 Xueyuan Road, Haidian District, Beijing, with zip code 100 19 1. Shahe Campus is located at No.9 Nansan Street, Shahe Higher Education Park, Changping District, Beijing, with the zip code of 102206. Different enrollment units specialize in two to three years. There are two ways for graduate students to learn: full-time and part-time. Students who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the specified time are awarded full-time or part-time master's diplomas of Beihang University respectively. A master's degree certificate of Beihang University will be awarded to those who have obtained the graduation certificate and meet the relevant provisions of the state and the school on degree granting. Graduates are dispatched according to relevant regulations.
Article 3 The postgraduate enrollment of Beihang University follows the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission" and is subject to the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.
Chapter II Organizational Structure
Article 4. Postgraduate enrollment adopts the hierarchical management system of schools and enrollment units.
Beihang University has set up a leading group for graduate enrollment (referred to as the leading group), which is led by the school leaders and attended by the heads of discipline inspection and supervision, graduate schools and other relevant departments. According to the relevant policies, regulations and methods of the Ministry of Education, the supplementary provisions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Beijing Education Examinations Institute, and in combination with the actual situation of the unit, it is responsible for formulating the implementation rules, leading the specific implementation of enrollment, formulating the graduate enrollment distribution plan, and solving major problems in enrollment work.
Each enrollment unit shall set up a working group for graduate enrollment of enrollment units headed by the dean and secretary, and headed by the vice president in charge of graduate teaching (hereinafter referred to as the working group for enrollment units), which shall be responsible for formulating the distribution plan for graduate enrollment plans of enrollment units, organizing graduate enrollment of enrollment units, and studying and solving problems in graduate enrollment of enrollment units.
Article 5. The Graduate Admissions Office of Beihang University is a permanent organization that organizes and implements the enrollment work. Under the leadership of the school leading group, it is responsible for the daily work of graduate enrollment in the whole school.
Chapter III Planning and Re-examination Admission
Article 6 Beihang University enrolls students for the whole country. According to the personnel training objectives, school orientation, teachers' conditions and relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and Beijing Education Examinations Institute, the enrollment plans and professional catalogues of all enrollment units are announced and made public.
Article 7 Beihang University shall organize and implement postgraduate entrance examination, re-examination and admission in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and Beijing Education Examinations Institute (see the corresponding documents of that year for details).
Article 8. The physical examination of candidates shall be conducted in accordance with the Physical Examination Standard for Admission of Degree Postgraduates by Beihang University (School Research Letter [2016]1No.).
Ninth, after entering the school, according to the relevant regulations of the state and the school, the entrance qualification examination is carried out. Students who fail to pass the review shall be dealt with according to relevant regulations.
