The medical unit designated by the school has proved that it is impossible to learn other professional learners in the original major. The school thinks that there are some special difficulties, and it is impossible to continue studying without changing majors and schools. Inter-provincial transfer shall be proposed by the provincial education administrative department of the transfer place to the provincial education administrative department of the transfer place, and the transfer formalities shall be handled after the transfer conditions are confirmed. If it is necessary to transfer the account, the provincial education administrative department at the transfer place shall send a copy of the relevant documents to the public security organ where the school is located.

College is the basic component of higher education. Generally, those who recruit high school graduates or equivalent educational level will study for three years (the study period of part-time college depends on the situation). College education is mainly divided into full-time colleges and part-time colleges. Full-time colleges and universities are generally admitted by the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities, and they study at school all day.
Part-time colleges are usually adult education, online education, open education and higher education self-study exams.
