Article 83 If two accidents involving more than three people have occurred in a professional transport unit within six months, and the unit or the driver of the vehicle bears full responsibility or primary responsibility for the accidents, the traffic administrative department of the public security organ where the professional transport unit is located shall, with the approval of the traffic administrative department of the municipal public security organ with districts, make a decision to order it to eliminate the safety hazards within a time limit, prohibit the motor vehicles that have not eliminated the safety hazards from driving on the road, and notify the relevant administrative departments of the people's governments where the road traffic accidents occurred and where the transport unit is located.
