Changsha University of Science and Technology &; Technology) is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Transport and the Hunan Provincial People's Government. It belongs to the "National First-class University" (Class A) in Hunan Province, and has been selected into the "Basic Capacity Building Project of Central and Western Universities" and the "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan" of the Ministry of Education.
