Introduction to employment guidance
Employment guidance can be divided into narrow sense and broad sense. In a narrow sense, employment guidance is to convey employment information to workers who need employment and act as a bridge between workers and employers. Employment guidance in a broad sense includes comprehensive social consultation and service activities related to employment, such as predicting the labor resources and social demand for employment, collecting and transmitting employment information, cultivating labor skills, organizing labor market, recommending, introducing and organizing recruitment, etc. In China, employment guidance should also include employment policy guidance and corresponding ideological education.
