What are the ways to deal with college students' violation of discipline?
The ways to deal with college students' disciplinary actions are: warning, serious warning, demerit recording, detention, expulsion from school, and expulsion from school.

Referring to Article 62 of the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Colleges and Universities, the school may give criticism and education or disciplinary action to students who have made mistakes according to the seriousness of the case. There are six kinds of punishment:

(1) warning;

(2) serious warning;

(3) recording records;

(4) Stay in school for observation;

(5) ordered to drop out of school;

(6) expulsion from school.

The probation period is one year. Students who are subject to probation can be released from probation if they make significant progress within one year; Those who do not change after education can be expelled from school or expelled from school.

With reference to Article 65 of the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, the punishment of students being ordered to drop out of school or expelled from school shall be examined and approved by the school and reported to the higher education authorities of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government for the record. Among them, those who are ordered to drop out of school or expelled from school because of political problems must be reported to the relevant departments of the party committees of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government for approval by the competent departments of higher education. Students who have been ordered to drop out of school or expelled from school shall be dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions of students who have dropped out of school.

With reference to Article 66 of the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Colleges and Universities, all the identification, reward and punishment materials of students are included in my file and cannot be revoked.
