The graduation ceremony and degree awarding ceremony of the 20th10 graduate and undergraduate students of Wuyi University will be held in Lv Zhihe Auditorium on June 28th, 20 10. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Time and Unit Arrangement

1, at 9: 00 am on June 28th: graduation ceremony and degree awarding ceremony for all graduate students and undergraduate students from School of Economics and Management, School of Mathematics and Computational Science, School of Civil Engineering and Architecture, School of Chemistry and Environmental Engineering, and Institute of Textile and Apparel. Enter at 8: 40 and take your seats.

2. On June 28th, at 3:00 p.m., graduation ceremony and degree awarding ceremony will be held for undergraduates from School of Information Engineering, School of Computer Science, School of Political Science and Law, School of Art, School of Foreign Languages, School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Department of Art and Design. Come in at 2: 40 and sit down.

Second, the participants

1. Students: Master graduates and undergraduate graduates who graduated from 20 10.

2. Teachers: presidents, vice presidents (directors) of colleges (departments), presidents, deputy secretaries, graduate tutors, graduating class tutors and counselors of colleges (departments).

3. Seated persons on the rostrum (school leaders take the clothes of the tutor, while others wear shirts and ties):

Morning: school leaders, party and government offices, academic affairs office, student affairs office, graduate student office, dean, general branch secretary of relevant colleges.

Afternoon: school leaders, party and government offices, academic affairs office, student affairs office, presidents (directors) of relevant colleges (departments) and general branch secretaries.

Third, the requirements of participation.

1.On the morning of June 28th, graduate students received their degree caps and gowns from the graduate office.

2. According to the arranged links, all undergraduate graduates will be organized and led by counselors to send representatives to the graduation ceremony cap robe distribution point in the lobby on the second floor of the main building, and each person will receive a set of cap robes. After dressing neatly, they will gather at the main entrance of Lv Zhihe Auditorium on time and queue up to take their seats as required.

Graduation ceremony and degree awarding ceremony are solemn and serious activities. All graduates must dress neatly in strict accordance with the hat and robe dress code, and those who do not meet the requirements are not allowed to attend the ceremony. During the conference, don't walk around in the aisle or in front of the podium to take pictures. The propaganda department of the school will take photos of each student who has obtained the certificate on the podium, and the electronic photos can be collected from the students of various colleges (departments) after the graduation ceremony.

4. Each department is responsible for informing and organizing the graduates of this department to attend the meeting on time, and feeding back the statistics of the number of participants in the graduation ceremony to the Student Affairs Office before June 24th.
