The new campus of Anhui University of Science and Technology is located in the south of Shannan New District in Huainan City, east of the central axis. South is the entrance of Hehuaifu Expressway, north is the proposed Olympic Sports Center, west is the main road of Shannan New District, and east is the natural canal in the planning area. The land is rectangular, with a length of about1900m from east to west and about1060m from north to south.

The planned campus area is 3000 mu. According to the principle of "one-time planning, overall control and arrangement by stages", the planned new campus of Anhui University of Science and Technology has a total construction area of about 750,000 square meters and will be built in two phases. The planned construction area of the first phase of the project is about 530,000 square meters, and the construction mode is adopted. The estimated investment is about 65.438+0.5 billion yuan, which is solved by the proceeds from the transfer of three plots of land in the old campus.
