Social insurance payment certificate: According to the provisions of the Social Insurance Law, units or individuals who have strayed into the scope of social insurance should take the initiative to apply to the social insurance agency for dissolution of the social insurance relationship and issue a social insurance payment certificate. If the bidder has indeed completed the dissolution of social insurance and the issuance of certificates within the statutory time limit, such certificates can be provided.

2. Proof of College Students' Entrepreneurship: The China Municipal Government strongly supports and encourages college students' entrepreneurship, and some policy requirements for college students' entrepreneurship allow them not to pay social insurance premiums for a certain period of time. If the bidder is a college student entrepreneur, it can provide a college student entrepreneurship certificate to prove that the bidder does not need to pay social insurance premiums.
