It takes at least one week from the inquiry of admission information to the delivery of the admission notice to the candidates (the specific time is subject to the time when the candidates receive the admission notice). If candidates do not receive the admission notice within one month after the end of the admission batch, they can make telephone consultation with the admission institution.
After the admission candidates are examined and filed by the provincial admissions office according to certain procedures, the admission notice is sent by express mail, and the notice is stamped with the seal of the admissions institution. Together with the admission notice, it is sent to the candidates, as well as the admission notice, funding policies and measures and other related materials (private colleges and universities must also attach the "Candidate Admission Confirmation Form" issued by the provincial admissions office.
