Jiangxi Normal University of Science and Technology is a public multi-disciplinary undergraduate college that focuses on training vocational education teachers by the Ministry of Education. The school is mainly composed of the former Jiangxi Normal University of Science and Technology and merged with Nanchang College. Qiqihar University, referred to as Daqi for short, is the only provincial comprehensive university in the west of Heilongjiang Province. As one of the three comprehensive universities in Heilongjiang Province, it is a high-level university in Heilongjiang Province and the first-phase key construction university in a strong province of higher education in Heilongjiang Province.
