China citizens who meet the following conditions can register:

(1) Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC).

(2) Employees and other social personnel other than students of various high and secondary schools with academic qualifications recognized by the state.

(four) candidates for the senior high school entrance examination or senior high school entrance examination should be graduates of senior secondary education schools or have equivalent academic qualifications. Candidates who apply for the college entrance examination must be those who have obtained the college diploma, undergraduate diploma or above issued by the national education series colleges and universities and the higher education self-study examination institutions recognized by the Ministry of Education.
