Dalian Ocean University is one of the first batch of pilot universities to reform the education and training plan for outstanding agricultural and forestry talents, a key construction university in Liaoning Province, a member of the Sino-Thai Higher Education Cooperation Alliance, and a governing unit of the National Union of University Marine Academic Journals.
