1. Pre-postgraduate exam
At this time, our pressure is likely to come from the choice of target schools and majors or the conflict between undergraduate study and postgraduate entrance examination. Take myself as an example. At that time, our major arranged many classes during the preparation period, and sometimes arranged experimental classes after school, which greatly reduced my preparation time. At this time, you need to adjust your emotions reasonably. In the early stage of preparing for the exam, you should choose your own target colleges and majors, plan your own preparation plan in the later stage, and gradually adapt to how to prepare for the exam at your own pace. At this time, we still have plenty of time to separate the postgraduate entrance examination from the undergraduate course, use our spare time to prepare for the postgraduate entrance examination, and slowly adjust our preparation plan so that the postgraduate entrance examination can gradually integrate into our lives.
2. Mid-term of postgraduate entrance examination
At this time, most of our pressure comes from undergraduate study and postgraduate subjects. For me, math in the senior high school entrance examination has put a lot of pressure on me. On the one hand, I have to go to the teaching building almost every day, on the other hand, I can't take the entrance exam for mathematics. At this time, I will consciously adjust myself. For example, I will make rational use of class time. For some courses that are clear and easy to understand or pass, I will choose to recite words or brush questions (of course, this needs to consider the feelings of teachers, and some teachers still support students to prepare for the exam without affecting classroom discipline). In the normal preparation process, I will also be upset because I have studied for too long or because I can't do the questions. At this time, we can stop to have a rest and adjust our emotions reasonably. I usually choose to play a game, listen to songs, watch a play, go for a walk in the playground and so on. Learning to release your own pressure is also an essential skill in the preparation process.
3. Late stage of postgraduate entrance examination
At this stage, our pressure will probably come from the preparation time (of course, some friends will be troubled by professional practice or graduation thesis). For me, the stage of pressure surge should be 1 1 month. At this time, I need to recite English vocabulary, professional knowledge, politics, brush math papers, English real questions and so on. And the day is full, because I know there is not much time left, so I should adjust my plan reasonably at this time. As far as I am concerned, when I can't brush math problems, I will recite new words, watch current events and try to relax myself. If the pressure is too great, I will walk around the playground and recite good English compositions while walking, which not only relaxes myself, but also makes full use of my time.
Postgraduate entrance examination is a personal matter. Don't try to depend on anyone. You should believe in yourself at your own pace and enjoy the loneliness in your study. Now that you have decided to take the exam, don't think so far. The farthest goal is to take the postgraduate entrance examination. Postgraduate entrance examination is only a part of life, not the whole. You should have a rest, relax and stick to it.
