School of Mechanical and Energy Engineering of Zhejiang University consists of department of mechanical engineering, Department of Energy Engineering and Department of Engineering Mechanics. From June 5438 to October 2007, the Department of Engineering Mechanics was merged into the Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. At present, the college offers "Fluid Transmission and Control", "Clean Utilization of Energy" and "Computer Aided Design and Graphics" (CAD&; CG)3 State Key Laboratories, 1 Zhejiang Advanced Manufacturing Technology Key Laboratory, and 2 National Engineering Technology Research Centers for Coal Water Slurry Engineering Technology and National Electro-hydraulic Control Engineering Technology; There is also the National Engineering Education Base of "Engineering Graphics" 1; There are two basic teaching and experiment centers of mechanical engineering and energy, 1 engineering training center and 8 professional laboratories.
