Introduction College of Heilongjiang University of Finance and Economics was established in April 1999. It is a Sino-foreign cooperative Harbin Deqiang College, which was approved by Heilongjiang Education Committee and invested by Heilongjiang Deqiang Industrial Group. In February 2000, with the approval of Heilongjiang Provincial Education Commission, a private secondary college was established in cooperation with Heilongjiang Business School, renamed Harbin Business School of Heilongjiang Business School, and officially enrolled undergraduates in the same year; 200 1, 1 1, Harbin University of Commerce was established by the merger of affiliated institutions Heilongjiang Business School and Heilongjiang Finance College, and was renamed as Business College of Harbin University of Commerce with the approval of Heilongjiang Provincial Education Commission. In April 2003, according to the requirements of relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, it was renamed Deqiang Business School of Harbin University of Commerce, and in February 2004, it was confirmed as an independent college with the approval of the Ministry of Education.
