Main research interests: civil and commercial law (enterprise law, company law, bankruptcy law) and financial law.

Teaching: Courses such as Special Studies on Company Law and Bankruptcy Law, Enterprise Law and Company Law, Commercial Law, Economic Law and Special Studies on Company Law and Bankruptcy Law have been offered successively for LLM, LLM, MBA, Master of Accounting and Finance. Offering courses such as Commercial Law, Company Law, Bankruptcy Law and Introduction to Economic Law for undergraduates majoring in law and finance.

Scientific research: Undertaking and completing 2 key projects of the National Social Science Fund and 2 projects of the National Natural Science Fund, presiding over or mainly researching provincial and ministerial projects, "Project 2 1 1", basic scientific research funds of central universities and other projects. He published his personal monograph "Research on the Legal System of Creditor Protection in Company Liquidation" (Law Publishing House), and co-authored "Exploration and Prospect of Civil Code" (China Democracy and Legal Publishing House) and "The Rule of Law in China" (China Population Publishing House). He has published more than 40 professional academic papers in China Law (Overseas Edition), Law Review, Finance and Economics Science, Social Science Research, Hebei Law Theory and Reform, and China Commercial Law Annual. Some articles have been reproduced in full by the National People's Congress Copying Newspaper Materials (Civil and Commercial Law). Editor-in-chief or deputy editor-in-chief of more than 0 textbooks such as Company Law, Commercial Law and Economic Law. He was awarded the second prize in the monograph category of "The Fifth China Excellent Scientific Research Achievement Award of Population Science" and the Excellent Scientific Research Achievement Award of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
