He published his personal monograph "Research on the Legal System of Creditor Protection in Company Liquidation" (Law Publishing House), and co-authored "Exploration and Prospect of Civil Code" (China Democracy and Legal Publishing House) and "The Rule of Law in China" (China Population Publishing House).
