First, the ideological aspect.

Theoretical knowledge is not solid enough to be used flexibly. The consciousness of self-improvement needs to be strengthened. Without in-depth and systematic study, it is impossible to deeply understand the essence of theoretical knowledge and to combine theory with real life well.

Therefore, in the future, we will devote more time to strengthening ideological construction, constantly improve political and ideological awareness and legal concept, strive to integrate thought with practice, and actively move closer to party organizations.

Second, study.

Knowledge is not well mastered and applied, and people's awareness of learning needs to be strengthened. There is not enough time to devote to learning other knowledge. I understand that communication is a very important ability. I am afraid in many situations and don't know what to say. I feel that my ability in this area is really lacking.

Third, work.

Doing things is a bit passive, such as not actively communicating with other class committees when doing something in class, which leads to some things not being done well. I also thought about asking, but I didn't know how to do it. Coordination ability needs to be improved, and some things fail because of poor coordination and lack of self-confidence.

Sometimes, when I decide something, I know my point of view is wrong, but I still stick to my point of view and don't like other people's points of view. This point must be overcome in the future, learn to listen, learn more from others' strengths and try to be tolerant.

Fourth, life.

With a little idealism, everyone will have their own ideals. Some people's ideals are very clear and can really understand the balance between ideals and reality. I'm a little out of control, probably because I'm still on campus and I see a narrow world. I think college is a good transitional stage for me, and I will firmly grasp it.

There are also people who are not good at empathy. When they disagree with other people's opinions, they quarrel, and then they don't consider other people's feelings. Through this analysis of my own advantages and disadvantages, I not only saw my progress in study and thought, but also saw my shortcomings.

In my later life, I will carry forward and sublimate my own advantages and correct my own shortcomings, so as to choose the good ones and follow them and change the bad ones. At the same time, I will earnestly fulfill party constitution's requirements, strictly demand myself by party member's standards, understand the supervision of Party organizations and comrades, and strive to be a qualified advanced party member.
