1. Bao has made some academic achievements. He has published academic papers in CSSCI publications such as Marxist Studies, Marxism and Reality, and Socialist Studies, and presided over the publishing project of excellent doctoral thesis of the National Social Science Fund and the Shanghai Youth Project of Philosophy and Social Science Planning.

2. Bao is also the deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee of Marxism College of Fudan University, the general convener of the doctoral seminar on "Pony Crossing the River", and a member of the Youth Lecturer Group of Fudan University.
