I can't. You can't take CET-4 after graduation. The main target of CET-4 is college students, undergraduates or graduate students who have completed CET-4 according to the syllabus.

From June 5438 to February 2006, CET-4 and CET-6 were no longer open to social candidates. Registration is limited to the following candidates:

1, full-time undergraduate, junior college and graduate students in ordinary universities.

2, all kinds of full-time adult college undergraduates and junior college students.

3. Only students who have completed the CET-4 can apply for CET-4.

4. Students with CET-4 certificate or CET-4 score of 425 or above can apply for CET-6.

CET (National College English Test Band 4 and Band 6) is a large-scale standardized test sponsored by the Ministry of Education and presided over by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education. Since the implementation of 1987, CET-4 and CET-6 have gone through nearly 30 years. In order to adapt to the development of higher education in China and deepen the reform of college English teaching, CET-4 and CET-6 have been reformed and improved many times. At present, the examination covers language skills such as listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation.
