According to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Interim Measures for the Qualification Examination of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Shaanxi Province, persons who meet the following conditions can sign up for the qualification examination of teachers in Shaanxi Province:

1. Identity requirements: The applicant has China nationality, and the household registration or personnel file relationship is in Shaanxi Province, where he is a full-time college student. Temporarily not accepting the application for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers in Shaanxi, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan;

2. Moral conditions: Abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, and have good ideology and morality;

3. Physical conditions: physical and mental health, in line with the physical examination standards for applicants for teacher qualifications in Shaanxi Province, and did not reach the national statutory retirement age in the year of the examination;

4. Education:

Applicants for kindergarten and primary school teacher qualifications shall have a junior college degree or above from the National Education University;

To apply for the qualification of teachers in secondary schools (including junior high schools, senior high schools and secondary vocational schools, the same below), one should have a bachelor's degree or above from the National Education University;

To apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, one should have a junior college degree or above from the National Education University, and have a professional technical position of assistant engineer or above or a technical level of intermediate workers or above.
