Our school is approved by the Ministry of Education, established on the basis of fuqing branch of fujian normal university, and sponsored by Fujian Provincial People's Government. With 2 1 year undergraduate education practice, it mainly trains high-quality applied, technical and skilled talents and vocational education teachers. It is the only college in Fujian Province that trains vocational education teachers.

The scientific research department is the administrative functional department of scientific research management at the school level in our school. Under the guidance of school leaders and academic committees, be responsible for the organization and management of discipline construction, knowledge innovation, scientific and technological research, achievement transformation and academic exchange in the whole school.

The school has established provincial "Belt and Road" foreign cooperation scientific and technological innovation platform, provincial moral education research center, provincial university scientific research innovation platform, Fuzhou expert workstation, industrial technology innovation center and other research institutions, as well as Japan Research Center, China-Indonesia Industrial Cooperation Research Center and Huangpi Culture and Maritime Silk Road Research Institute.
