1After returning to China in March, 1997, he continued to study surface chemistry, environmental catalysis and thin film material chemistry in the Department of Chemistry of Tsinghua University.
At present, he is the doctoral supervisor of the Department of Chemistry in Tsinghua University, the deputy director of the Institute of Analytical Chemistry, the deputy director of the National Energy Spectrum Center, an outstanding cross-century talent of the Ministry of Education and a national outstanding scholar. Mainly engaged in surface physical chemistry of semiconductor thin film materials, synthesis and properties of nano-materials, environmental catalysis and photocatalysis. He has undertaken basic research projects such as National 973,863, National Natural Science Foundation and National Natural Science Foundation Instrument Special Project. He won the second prize of the National Natural Science Award 1, the first and second prizes of the Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education 1, the second and third prizes of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Ministry of Education 1, and published 267 SCI papers, of which 16 were highly cited by ESI. The total number of citations is over 9700, and the H factor is 57. Authorized 18 national invention patents, industrialized a number of nano-purification technologies, and published 3 monographs. Professor Zhu is a member of the editorial boards of Research on Chemical Intermediates, Journal of Physical Chemistry and Engineering Materials, and a consultant editorial board of Journal of Chemistry. Director of Photocatalytic Professional Committee of China Photosensitive Society, Vice Chairman of University Analysis and Testing Center, and review leader of National Metrology Certification University Group; Deputy Director, Academic Committee, Key Laboratory of Special Environmental Functional Materials and Devices, China Academy of Sciences. Member of ISO/TC20 1 International Standard Committee for Surface Analysis; Member of National Environmental Chemometrics Technical Committee.
