University of South China is a batch of undergraduate enrollment in Hunan, so it is generally considered as a university (note: from 20 12, University of South China was adjusted as the first batch of enrollment in Hunan Province as a whole, and from 202 1, one batch and two batches of undergraduate enrollment in Hunan were merged into undergraduate enrollment).
If it is not a candidate from Hunan, the University of South China is the second batch of undergraduate students in the province, and it can also be considered that the University of South China is two universities.
It should be noted that the education department does not distinguish whether South China University is a middle school or two, and the diploma is only divided into undergraduate courses and junior colleges, but several books are just folk sayings (a university is usually considered as a university if it enrolls students in the first batch in a province, and it is usually considered as two universities if it enrolls students in the second batch).
