Southwest Petroleum University is good. Southwest Petroleum University, referred to as "Xiyou" for short, is located in Chengdu (there is a subway petroleum university station). It is the second petroleum undergraduate university in China in the 1950' s, which was established by transferring teachers and books and instruments from Tsinghua University and Beijing Petroleum Institute. Xi Youshi University did not enter the first-class discipline, while Southwest Petroleum University became a double-class construction university. Compared with the two, Southwest Petroleum University is well built.
