outline
Ye Wenlong (1899 ~ 194 1 year), whose real name is Zhenfeng, was born in Changtai County. In 6 years of the Republic of China (19 17), Ye Wenlong joined the Ye Dingguo Department of the People's Army as a soldier, and later became brothers with Ye Zhennan, the nephew of Ye Dingguo, and was promoted to platoon leader, becoming Ye Dingguo's confidant. In the eighth year of the Republic of China, Ye Dingguo expanded his troops into a brigade, stationed in Changtai, with Tiwenlong as the company commander and soon promoted to battalion commander. In 15, Ye Dingguo retreated to Tongan, where he was appointed as the commander-in-chief and stationed in the area. In 29 years, Ye Wenlong was compiled three times: in 20 years, Zhang zhen was reorganized as the head of the team; 2 1 year, the Republic of China accepted the reorganization of the 19th Route Army as its head; In 26 years, Chen Yi was reorganized as the head of peace preservation corps of Fujian appeasement office. From 15 to 10 in 29 years of the Republic of China, Ye Wenlong ruled Changtai by armed regime.
all one's life
During the reign of Changtai, Ye Wenlong was in charge of the county's land tax and various taxes. General Grain Administration and Miscellaneous Donation Bureau shall be set up in the county, and branches or checkpoints shall be set up in Luoxi, Linton, Yang Fang, Zhongshan, Mayang, Jinli, Shanbian and Yan Xi to collect taxes on agricultural and sideline products and imported goods, market donations and livestock donations. With the exception of a few turned over to the county government, a large amount of the huge proceeds were pocketed for their wives and concubines to live a corrupt life.
During Ye Wenlong's reign in Changtai, he sent farmers to grow poppies, buy them at low prices, manufacture opium and sell drugs. Set up "174" Opium Bureau, manufacture boxed tobacco paste, and resell it inside and outside the county at high prices for profiteering. Many well-off families soon became poor after being infected with opium, and honest farmers became lazy after being infected with opium. Opium drugs are soft knives that kill people without seeing blood, which is very harmful!
In order to maintain its ruling order, Ye Wenlong took cruel measures to punish petty theft and even kill innocent people. For example, four farmers in Mayang village went to the neighbor's garden to dig some taro for dessert at night, but they were beheaded for theft. A butcher lost a knife and a scale in Chengguan market. It was two lazy opium addicts who stole to change cigarette cream. These two lazy opium addicts were also beheaded. In the Republic of China 19, Ye Wenlong lost two mauser guns. Therefore, Daxing unjustly extorted confessions from prison, killing 13 people in vain. Under the tyranny of Ye Wenlong, for a period of time, the phenomenon of cheating in society was less, but people died one after another.
Ye Wenlong also recruited some intellectuals to give him advice. For example, Ye Sigong (a college student, who served as director of education in Changtai County for many years) and Ye Yuqing (a former primary school principal, a former executive member, supervisor and secretary of the Kuomintang in Changtai County) became his cronies. /kloc-from 0/4 to 22 years of the Republic of China, Long Wen took the lead in expanding the primary school building in Yan Xi, initiated the establishment of primary schools in Tang Tang, Yang Fang, Linton and Shunong, and set aside part of the tax revenue to subsidize the running of schools, hired some outstanding teachers from other places to teach in Thailand, and sponsored the "Changtai Education Delegation" to visit and study in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Beijing (Nanjing) and Shanghai. Support the formation of Changtai Volleyball Team and subsidize the training funds (Changtai Volleyball Team has won the championship in the whole province). Zheng Xiang, director of the provincial education department, presented a plaque of "enthusiastic education". In addition, Longwen also advocated the construction of Taiyan Highway and Taipu Highway, and took the lead in rebuilding the streets and markets in Yan Xi, Yang Fang, Linton and county towns.
The "July 7th Incident" broke out and an all-round war of resistance was formed. The government of the Republic of China implemented the military service system, which Ye Wenlong was very disgusted with. As a last resort, he escorted several homeless people to make up for it. In this way, the contradiction between the local government and Ye Wenlong is getting bigger and bigger. At the same time, during the period when Chen Yi rejected dissidents and strengthened the strength of the provincial capital, on June 13, 29, the Republic of China ordered the 75th Division of the Kuomintang Army to enter Thailand to encircle Ye Wenlong. On July 12, Long Wen surrendered himself and was immediately released from prison. On April 30th, 30, Ye Wenlong was sentenced to death and deprived of public rights for life. All his property was confiscated by the military court of Fujian appeasement office on June 7th. /kloc-in 0/9, Ye Wenlong was shot at the age of 42. At this point, Ye Wenlong's rule over Changtai ended.
