The campus is located in Feng Jia Night Market, which is the largest night market in Taiwan Province Province. It is very distinctive and lively. However, there is no information management major in this school, so you can only choose other related management majors, and cooperate with other majors that offer distant related courses, such as the Department of Enterprise Management (called Business Administration in Chinese mainland).
Providence University is a liberal arts school with no outstanding majors. On the whole, there are probably two pre-secondary colleges, which are worse than Feng Jia and geographically far from the center of Taichung, but this school has an information management department for you.
