Classification of institutions recruited by Huawei: What are the minimum academic requirements of Huawei? Attached is a list of universities recruited by Huawei.
As an excellent private enterprise in China, Huawei is regarded as a dream employment unit by many people with its unique corporate culture and generous salary and benefits. However, the threshold for entering Huawei is much higher than that of ordinary companies. Previously, the outflow of a list of Huawei's school results triggered a heated discussion. So how many grades does Huawei have in recruiting colleges and universities? What are the minimum academic requirements for Huawei? In this issue, I will answer them one by one, and attach a list of universities recruited by Huawei.

First, the classification of Huawei universities

Brief introduction of colleges and universities (part)

Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology

The school, located in Hangzhou, is a teaching and research university founded by Zhejiang National Defense Science, Technology and Industry Bureau. Its predecessor was Hangzhou Aviation Industry Finance School founded in 1956, and it is also the only provincial university with national defense characteristics.

At present, the school has five campuses: Xiasha, Wen Yi, Dongyue, Xiasha East and Qingshan Lake. There are 19 secondary colleges, 60 undergraduate majors and more than 25,000 full-time students.

The comprehensive strength of this school exceeds that of many universities with 265,438+065,438+0, especially the major of electronic information. In the fourth round of subject evaluation of the Ministry of Education, electronic science and technology, control science and engineering, computer science and technology were rated as B+ majors, which were favored by major Internet companies. According to the Employment Quality Report of the 20th19th Graduates, 2 1 1 of the 20th1graduates entered Hangzhou Huawei, which is the largest number of non-university graduates.

Huazhong University of Science and Technology

Located in Wuhan, the school is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education. In 2000, the school was formed by the merger of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Tongji Medical University and Wuhan Urban Construction College. It is also a national "2 1 1 project", "985 project" and "double-class" construction university.

The science and engineering major of Huake is very strong. In the fourth round of discipline evaluation published by the Ministry of Education, mechanical engineering and optical engineering were rated as A+ majors, and computer science and technology were rated as A disciplines. Many of Huawei's senior executives are from Huake, so a large number of Huake graduates enter Huawei every year. According to the employment quality report of the 20th19th session, 83 people from this school entered Huawei on 20th19th * *.

To sum up, we can see that Huawei, as a technology company, prefers science and engineering colleges, especially high-end fields such as chips, software and communications. Huawei is very willing to spend a lot of money to attract talents.

Second, Huawei's minimum academic requirements

A: A bachelor's degree is enough.

Since Huawei only recruits master students from 985 universities, I found that Huawei's minimum education is undergraduate. Every graduation season, Huawei holds lectures in many schools to recruit a large number of outstanding undergraduates.

Among them, Huawei's recruitment is mainly divided into school recruitment and social recruitment. Among them, the minimum education requirement for school recruitment is bachelor degree or above, but the requirement for professional ability is relatively high, and most positions in Huawei also have requirements for English, which can be used as a working language, equivalent to CET-4 or above, so students who want to enter Huawei can prepare in advance.

In terms of social recruitment, most of Huawei's positions basically meet the requirements of five teachers and three masters, that is, five years of work experience for undergraduate graduation and three years of work experience for master graduation, which shows that the requirements are quite strict.
