Bohai university, referred to as Boda for short, is located in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, a famous historical and cultural city on the coast of Bohai Sea. It is a comprehensive university organized by Liaoning Provincial People's Government. The school has more than 300 full-time teachers/kloc-0, including nearly 200 professors and nearly 500 doctors. Among the full-time teachers, there are academicians of China Academy of Engineering, winners of National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, national outstanding talents, and national outstanding teachers.
The school covers an area of more than 2,000 mu with a total construction area of 600,000 square meters.
