First, the requirements for applying for the University of Macau mainly include the following:
1, education requirements
If the applicant is a fresh undergraduate, he can enroll in all courses except MBA. Applicants must obtain a four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent related to the applied courses. On the 4-point scale, the average GPA of the applicant is not less than 2.3.
2. English requirements
The total score of IELTS test is above 6.0, and the single item is not less than 5.5. TOEFL written test score of 550 or online test score of not less than 80. More than 430 points in CET-6.
Second, the admission criteria:
The University of Macau will be selected according to the results of the 2023 college entrance examination (higher than the first batch of admission scores/special type admission control scores of its provinces and cities), English scores, volunteer order, admission places of various courses and other factors, without an interview.
Applicants can fill in up to 3 course volunteers online according to the priority. The admission order will be based on the priority of volunteering.
Third, the online newspaper process:
The online registration system is started during the registration period. Applicants must log in to the online registration system during the registration period to ensure that the following registration procedures have been successfully completed, otherwise their application for admission will not be processed: establish an online account, obtain a login number (format 239xxxxxx) and a "password" to log in to the online registration system;

Mainland applicants must hold valid identity cards to enroll in the University of Macau, and they can only enroll in our university in one identity (that is, mainland identity cards) when registering for admission.
It is the responsibility of mainland applicants to know clearly that their identity documents (such as mainland resident identity card, entry permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao and one-year multiple entry stay endorsement (D)) have met the legal requirements of Macao for non-local students to stay in Macao, so that they can apply to the relevant authorities for special permission to study in Macao after entering the school.
