According to the Interim Measures for Public Recruitment of Public Institutions in Zhejiang Province, the middle school affiliated to Zhejiang Normal University (Jinhua No.2 Middle School) decided to openly recruit staff for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
First, the school profile
Our school is a middle school affiliated to Zhejiang Normal University, also called Jinhua No.2 Middle School, and it is the first batch of key middle schools in Zhejiang Province. The school covers an area of 370 mu, with 240 teaching staff and nearly 3000 students. It has a group of teachers, such as super teachers, governors, provincial and municipal teaching rookies and academic leaders. The school is now a Chinese-foreign cooperative education project school approved by the Ministry of Education, a first-class key middle school in Zhejiang Province, a top 100 research-oriented school in Zhejiang Province, and a modern educational technology experimental school in Zhejiang Province.

There are 7 teacher positions in our school, and it is planned to openly recruit 12 people.

Three. Recruitment procedures and methods

(2) Registration and qualification examination
1, register
Registration time: from the date of announcement to 2011April 15.
Applicants should fill in the Application Form for Recruitment of Institutions in Zhejiang Province (see attachment 1) and send an email to fzxzg@zjnu.cn to register. At the same time, the original registration form should be accompanied by ID card, diploma (degree certificate) (graduates can provide employment recommendation form of graduation school), senior middle school teacher qualification certificate, professional and technical qualification certificate and a set of photocopies of various honorary certificates, and two recent 2-inch bareheaded color photos should be delivered or mailed to our unit (see Section V "Contact Information" for mailing address). Photocopyed materials will not be returned.
2. Qualification examination
According to the recruitment conditions and all the materials submitted by the applicants, our school confirms the registration qualification, and publishes the qualification examination results on the designated website for the applicants to inquire.
The minimum examination ratio for all positions is 1: 3. If the number of qualified applicants is less than the prescribed proportion, the number of recruits will be reduced or the recruitment plan will be cancelled.
(3) Examination
The exam includes a written test and an interview. Full marks of written test scores and interview scores are 100, and comprehensive scores (full marks 100) are calculated according to the proportion of written test and interview accounting for 40% and 60% respectively.
(1) written test
The written test is over. The content is the professional knowledge and basic education theory of the relevant disciplines of the job application. The time and place of written examination will be notified separately.
After the written test, from high score to low score, the shortlisted interviewers will be determined according to the ratio of 1:3.
(2) Interview
Interview items include trial teaching and on-site defense (focusing on manners, language expression and thinking adaptability). The interview time and place will be announced after the written test results are announced.
After all the exams are finished, according to the comprehensive scores of written test and interview, the physical examination objects are determined according to the ratio of the number of recruits 1: 1 from high to low.
(4) Physical examination and evaluation
The physical examination shall be conducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of Zhejiang Province, such as the physical examination standards and operating procedures for teacher qualification, and arranged by our school in the designated hospital, and the expenses shall be borne by the applicant.
Those who pass the physical examination will be assessed by our school, focusing on the ideological and political quality, ability and quality, law-abiding, professional ethics, work experience and so on.
If the physical examination and assessment are unqualified, the employment qualification will be cancelled, and substitutes will be arranged from high score to low score among the shortlisted interviewers.
(5) Publicizing the persons to be employed.
Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are determined to be candidates, and the list will be publicized on the designated website for 7 days.
After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is any objection to the person to be hired or the verified situation does not affect the employment, the recruiting unit shall go through the entry and employment procedures according to the prescribed procedures.
Four. Description of related matters
1. Candidates who have objections to the recruitment announcement itself or the relevant information published on the designated website can report to the Personnel Department of Zhejiang Normal University or the Personnel Management Office of institutions of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security within 5 days from the date of publication, so as to correct them in time.
2. The identification and handling of examination irregularities shall be carried out in accordance with the Provisions on Handling Disciplinary Violations of Personnel Candidates in Zhejiang Province (see Zhejiang People's Social Development [2011] No.79).
3. Employees must report for work within the specified time. If the employee fails to report for duty within the time limit or fails to negotiate with the original unit within the time limit stipulated by the recruiting unit, and it is impossible to handle the personnel relationship transfer formalities, the recruiting unit shall not retain the employment qualification.
