Graduates of national adult education (including full-time colleges and universities, adult colleges and universities approved or agreed by the Ministry of Education for the record) and those who have obtained relevant certificates recognized by the state apply for exemption from taking the self-study examination of higher education:

1. Foreign language courses corresponding to test-free languages for foreign language majors: English (2), Japanese (2) and Russian (2);

2. Those who have passed the written test of PETS-3 of the National Public English Test may be exempted from the public foreign language class;

3. College graduates who have completed the corresponding self-taught public courses can apply for exemption;

4. Graduates majoring in electronic information or those who have obtained the certificate of Grade II or above in the National Computer Rank Examination may be exempted from the computer application (including internship) and computer application foundation (including internship) courses in the management system.
