The role of quality evaluation framework of transnational higher education;

1. Education standards and guidelines: The quality evaluation framework of transnational higher education should be based on international education standards and guidelines, such as UNESCO's education quality standards and European higher education quality assurance standards. These standards and guidelines cover the requirements of teaching, research, student support and academic freedom, and provide the same reference framework for educational institutions.

2. Quality evaluation mechanism: The quality evaluation framework of transnational higher education should establish a set of scientific and effective evaluation mechanism, including evaluation methods, evaluation indicators and evaluation process. Evaluation methods can include questionnaire survey, expert review, student feedback and other forms to fully understand the teaching quality and student satisfaction of educational institutions.

3. Publicity and use of evaluation results: Another important element of the quality evaluation framework of transnational higher education is the publicity and use of evaluation results. The evaluation results should be made public to the public and students, so as to enhance the transparency and sense of responsibility of educational institutions. At the same time, the evaluation results should also be a reference for students to choose schools and majors and help them make wise decisions.
