Nowadays, college students face a lot of pressure, mainly from parents' expectations, study, economy, employment and various competitions. Although pressure can provide motivation to some extent, excessive pressure will have serious negative effects. Stress will destroy students' confidence. More seriously, it may make some students lose control of their emotions and behaviors. Considering the great harm of overdue pressure, college students should learn how to relieve it. First of all, we should have a correct evaluation of ourselves, so this is to make use of advantages and avoid disadvantages. Second, we should set clear goals. Goals can give us motivation and make us positive. Third, participating in group activities is an effective way to relieve stress. Finally, if you find that the stress is almost beyond your control, you'd better turn to professional psychological guidance. As for me, my pressure mainly comes from my future employment. In order to reduce my depression, I asked my parents to help me analyze my strengths and weaknesses and put forward more practical work objections. So my employment pressure has been greatly reduced. Now I have great confidence in my future. I believe I can find an ideal job after graduation.
