A Brief Introduction to the Author of The Decline of the West
Oswald Bingler is a famous German historian, historical philosopher and the founder of historical morphology. He was born in Blanckenburg in the German Harz Mountains, and studied at Halle University, Munich University and Berlin University. 1904 received a doctorate from Harley University. 19 1 1 year, Bingler moved to Munich and began to conceive and write the book The Decline of Two Political Parties. The first volume of the book, Form and Practice, was published in 19 18, and the second volume, Perspective of World History, was published four years later.
