First, the employment problem. It is a question of employment for young people to make such a choice. Especially for children from ordinary families, it doesn't matter if they have no money or access. It is difficult to find a relatively satisfactory job on your own. So many children from ordinary families choose to go to big cities after graduation, because in big cities, as long as you have the ability to meet the recruitment requirements, you can be hired after the interview. In our own jobs, we can show our abilities and give full play to our talents.
Second, big cities are very standardized in employment management. I live in a small county, where the management of many units is not standardized. For example, units are required to pay endowment insurance for employees, but some larger private enterprises will pay endowment insurance, industrial injury insurance and unemployment insurance for employees. There is no small-scale private enterprise in other insurance, and there is no insurance at all. Not to mention the housing provident fund. Working in big cities, even private enterprises, are strictly in accordance with the regulations, and all of them pay five insurances and one gold in full, especially the housing provident fund, which can be used to borrow money to buy a house, which is one of the reasons why many young people come to work in big cities.
Third, there are too few opportunities to work in China. Especially those who live in rural areas, the information is relatively blocked, the economic development environment is not very good, and it is difficult for young people to find jobs. So most people who go out to work hard don't want to go back to their hometown, because they can't earn more money in their hometown. Although they are hard and stressed, they can earn more money, which is enough to change their lives.
I think it is for the above reasons that young people are reluctant to go back to their hometown. They are all willing to stay in big cities. They can not only find jobs, but also broaden their horizons, increase their knowledge and improve their working ability, which is difficult to do in their hometown.
