Tsinghua University Department of Chemical Engineering, referred to as Tsinghua University Department of Chemical Engineering. The Department of Chemical Engineering of Tsinghua University was founded in 1946, and has undergone several adjustments in the development of more than half a century. At present, according to the idea of "thick foundation and wide specialty", the department has set up two majors: chemical engineering and industrial bioengineering, polymer materials and engineering. The main subjects are chemical engineering (including reaction engineering, separation engineering, chemical thermodynamics), process and system engineering, biochemical engineering, applied chemistry, polymer materials and chemical engineering, and biochemical engineering.
