Practice is very important among college graduates nowadays, because many employers value not only college students' academic qualifications or professional knowledge, but also their practical ability. Therefore, I think it is very meaningful for the school to arrange such practical courses for us. Speaking of social practice, I didn't know which one to choose when I first chose the activity category. I have seen many activities, such as teaching, internship in the company, visiting and collecting folk songs, and volunteering. Seeing so many activities, everyone really wants to try. I think every practical activity will make me have different fun and learn different knowledge and skills. Originally, I just went back to my hometown after a holiday, and I saw advertising companies and decoration companies all over the street, so I wanted to find a company to do some design practice activities, but later I chose to teach because of my major (painting). I think the most important thing in practice is to serve our major and provide necessary supplements for our theoretical study through practice. In practice, you can learn something that you can't learn at school at all, and provide more platform experience for future professional learning.

For students majoring in painting in the College of Plastic Arts, some of them will go to school to teach after graduation. Therefore, for students majoring in painting, it is the best choice to carry out teaching activities in summer social practice. In the teaching process, you can not only consolidate and verify your professional skills and level, but also lay a solid foundation for future work.

My hometown is Pingyi County, Linyi City, the old revolutionary base area of Yimeng. In my hometown, there are art classes in both public and private schools, and there are a considerable number of Art Candidates. Art students also account for a large part of the college entrance examination every year. Therefore, many students choose to study art, which makes Pingyi County gradually become one of the art candidates in Linyi City. At the same time, because of the increase of art candidates, it has also promoted the development of our art studio here. In recent years, the number of photo studios in Pingyi County is also increasing year by year. Considering that the studios are all senior three students, and I just came that step. I am familiar with some professional knowledge and consulting questions of the college entrance examination, so I choose to go to the studio for teaching practice.

The name of my social practice studio is Tianyi Studio, which is located in Chengxi Development Zone, Pingyi County. It is an art training base registered and approved by the cultural department of Pingyi County, and the teachers are all middle and senior teachers in Pingyi County. Pingyi No.1 Middle School is my alma mater. The teacher of Tianyi Studio was very happy when he heard that we were going to teach in the studio, and introduced us and Shanyi to the students grandly. Then introduce it to the students in the studio, and then start your own social practice plan and arrangement, as well as the specific activities in the studio within five days.

The studio now provides still life sketches and color paintings. Students usually draw still life in the morning, draw in the afternoon, copy or sometimes sketch in the evening. To tell the truth, I have been playing the role of academic balance since I started school. Playing the role of teacher for the first time, I'm a little nervous. When I walked among the students, I really realized the teacher's mood and feelings. As the students are all fresh graduates, the paintings are very basic. So the teacher in the studio asked me to take still life as an example and tell the students the main points that should be paid attention to when drawing still life sketches. I tell students from three aspects:

First, composition. In the process of tutoring, I found that although many students are sketching, there are many problems in their composition. Many students' compositions are biased, scattered or concentrated. Considering the importance of composition in future dictation, I explained the importance of composition and various types of composition to them. Of course, I think my level is very limited, and I explained some superficial things to them at most, but fortunately, my classmates all understood, and the teacher in the studio also said that what I said was very reasonable.

Second, modeling. Looking back and forth at the students' paintings, I found that the students in the studio also had the same problem, that is, inaccurate body painting began to worry. So I emphasized the importance of figure to them. I told the students that they would rather spend more time drawing accurate figures than adjust them in a hurry. If the figure painting is inaccurate, even if the tone painting is beautiful, it will make people feel uncomfortable, not to mention the high score in the examination room, which is impossible. For this year's students, body awareness is very important. In many books, you will see a sentence shape, which is the soul of sketch. Therefore, in the process of tutoring, I am particularly strict with my body. However, I think many students are not very conscious of the body, and most of them are eager to adjust, and have not yet formed a sense of attaching importance to the body. Later, I wanted to let the teacher in the studio know about the situation. The teacher said that they have been correcting the students, but the students come from different high schools in Pingyi County, and the ideas and methods taught by the teachers are different, so it will take some time to unify the students' consciousness now. Of course, there is nothing unified and dead in art, and there are many things that can be unified. As long as students establish correct painting methods and correct consciousness, they can draw well and make students make rapid progress.

Third, light and shadow. When figure painting is basic or accurate, the next step is to deal with the relationship between light and shadow in painting, which is called three sides and five tones. Students in the studio have the same problem when dealing with the relationship between light and shadow. Students often draw a thing alone when they are in tune, and don't start drawing the next object until they have drawn it almost, and so on. This painting is too independent to synchronize, and it is wrong to see all the relationships at lunch, because it will affect the overall effect of the picture. You will see a good sketch in the book. Whenever you put it down, it is a complete picture, that's right! Only your synchronized painting will make your picture have a strong sense of integrity, and it will be complete whenever you stop to look at it. I emphasize this point very much. I ask students to draw pictures synchronously in the future, so that the overall relationship of their own pictures can be obvious, and even if they are rolled into the middle of the examination room, they will not affect the relationship and overall sense.

After the sketch homework was finished, the teacher in the studio asked me to comment on their still life sketch homework. When all the students' homework is put together, the effect and gap are immediately obvious. Some of them are excellent at school and can be seen in many homework at once. Moreover, it makes people feel comfortable in dealing with the relationship and the picture looks beautiful. Needless to say, if this kind of homework is in the examination room, it will definitely get high marks. On the contrary, most students' homework is average, not outstanding, and their level is just average. There is nothing very attractive and the relationship is not very good. People can't shine at the moment when they look carefully, but there are many problems. This situation is very common in the studio, and many students in the studio failed because of this college entrance examination. At the conclusion, I told the students that when drawing, we must pay attention to the great effect and overall relationship of the picture. Of course, under the premise of dealing with these relationships, it is best to master the psychology of some marking teachers, so as to benefit from the college entrance examination.

In the later color painting class, I found that my classmates made rapid progress. Through the previous explanations and homework comments, the students quickly made a good relationship, and several of them were handled better. Generally speaking, in the color painting class, their paintings are unified and almost synchronized, and there are not so many problems in sketching. Moreover, when you are finished, you can watch your homework together. The effect is outstanding and the overall effect is very good. Seeing the progress made by the students in the first teaching, I really feel a sense of accomplishment and am very happy. Only then did I realize the teacher's mood of seeing the students' progress and felt that his hard work was not in vain. Now, from the teacher's point of view, I really realized how difficult it was to be a teacher. With the continuous improvement of education level, China's educational methods are also changing, and the education of college students is also advancing with the times. So now for the students in the studio, they are also making progress in a brand-new way, absorbing more instructions in a brand-new way and moving into art colleges.

The word communication is often heard in life and study. Many successes and failures are also related to communication. In order to let the students in the studio study hard and work hard with goals, the teacher in the studio specially arranged an exchange time. I explained to the students that the problem can be in study, life, and the division between college entrance examination and art major. Hearing this, the students were very active and asked many questions. Judging from the questions raised by students, it can be divided into two aspects: First, a large number of students don't know what the college entrance examination depends on and what the standards are. In view of this, I gave them a brief explanation of the analysis and marking standards of mountain workers in recent years. Many students think it is very simple after listening to it, so I repeatedly stressed that the more basic things are, the more eager they are to learn, and they should not be taken lightly. They should firmly grasp the basic knowledge and use it flexibly. Only in this way can we get good grades in the examination room. Secondly, many students are more concerned about the admission principles, enrollment plans and the division of related majors in some colleges and universities. I think they should concentrate on their studies, which can be understood before the exam, so I simply told them.

Sometimes great achievements are often made by many small things. Just five days of social practice passed quickly, and time diluted not only good memories, but also many weaknesses that once hindered their development. The seemingly simple practical activities have made me gain a lot. First of all, I have exercised my courage and improved my self-confidence through social practice. I used to be afraid of everything, especially standing on the stage facing so many strange faces. Now I have got rid of this shortcoming through social practice. Facing so many students every day, I not only walk around among them, but also give them something loudly or criticize their mistakes loudly. This strengthened my courage, improved my self-confidence, and enabled me to coach them in a better mental state and discuss the fun of life and study with them.

Secondly, I further consolidated my professional level through social practice. Our major (painting) is originally a pure art subject, which requires learners to have a considerable professional level to be competent. Practice not only consolidated my basic major, but also improved my consciousness and life scope. Seeing students' homework every day has taught me what knowledge and skills I should master as a teacher. As an educator, we must integrate theory with practice and have a high degree of integration, otherwise we can't teach students well. I think: the summer social practice activities launched by Mountain Craft coincide with the current education and cater to the new educational thinking and methods. This activity truly combines theory with practice. I think this should be the reason why "Mountain Craft" is one step ahead, so the achievements made are objective!

Some people say that true knowledge comes from practice, and so does real learning. A lot of knowledge is acquired through practical activities, and practice is the best supplement and verification of theoretical knowledge. Now many college students are not recognized by employers after graduation. The most important thing is that their practical ability is poor, and they only have theoretical knowledge but lack practical skills. Visible. Social practice is very important for college students. Through five days of social practice, I have gained a lot. People say that wisdom comes from practice.
