Regulations on the Administration of Students in Colleges and Universities (20 17)
Section 5 dropping out of school
Thirtieth students in any of the following circumstances, the school can be expelled:
(a) the academic performance does not meet the requirements of the school or fails to complete the study within the learning period stipulated by the school;
(2) Failing to apply for resumption of schooling within the time limit prescribed by the school or failing to pass the examination after applying for resumption of schooling;
(three) according to the diagnosis of the hospital designated by the school, suffering from illness or accidental disability can not continue to study at school;
(four) did not participate in the teaching activities stipulated by the school for two consecutive weeks without approval;
(five) not registered within the time limit prescribed by the school, and did not fulfill the formalities of suspension of registration;
(six) other circumstances stipulated by the school can not complete their studies, should be suspended.
Students who apply for suspension from school shall go through the formalities of suspension from school after examination and approval by the school.
Thirty-first students who drop out of school shall go through the formalities of dropping out of school within the time limit stipulated by the school. Graduate students who drop out of school can be employed according to their existing graduation qualifications and employment policies, and the school shall apply to the local provincial graduate employment department for relevant procedures; If there is no employing unit within the time limit stipulated by the school, it shall go through the formalities of dropping out of school.
The files of students who have dropped out of school should be returned to their families, and their household registration should be moved back to their original household registration or family residence in accordance with relevant state regulations.
