Nowadays, college students don't sleep at one or two in the evening, but they can't get up in the morning. After busy washing, they went to class in the classroom. How can they understand the class without a good sleep? If we get up early enough, we will have time to have breakfast. Our bodies won't feel hungry, so we will have the energy to listen to the lectures and learn more than others. It's much better than being too hungry to get up in the dormitory. If we don't get up early, we will be in a bad state of mind all day. Therefore, it is very important to go to bed early and get up early. My mother tells me every day that getting up three days early is equivalent to one more day. Getting up early one month is equivalent to 40 days a month. I like to get up early, after washing, drink a cup of warm water, eat a favorite breakfast, sit by the window and breathe fresh air, squint at the distant scenery, immerse myself in my own world and start a beautiful day. College life is wonderful. We shouldn't waste time in bed. We will find different scenery when we get up early, and we will have a good mood when we breathe fresh air.

I have to get up at 7 o'clock every day at school. After washing, I took my textbook and sneaked into the restaurant to buy breakfast with my roommate. After breakfast, I will go to class. We are eight early risers, five days a week. No one complains that we get up too early in the morning. On the contrary, everyone gets up early. I like this atmosphere very much, studying together, improving together, and occasionally running together on the playground. It is difficult for others to get up early, but I don't think so. Getting up early allows us to do more things.

Finally, I hope all the students in 8th grade can get up early, watch the rising sun and breathe fresh air.
