What is the "11"plan? 1 1 "Which universities do you plan to enroll?
The program of introducing talents by subject innovation in colleges and universities (referred to as "11program") aims to promote the process of building China universities into world-class universities. This project has been jointly implemented by People's Republic of China (PRC), People's Republic of China (PRC) and the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs since 2006.
