Transcripts are required to be printed in 5 copies and handed in in 3 copies, and each department and student keep 1 copy.

Scientific research results: if published, the system will input and submit the scientific research results, fill in and print the registration form of scientific research results, the original and copy of the results, submit them to the department for review, seal and save them, and the center will not review them again. If it is not published, you should also enter the system and click Submit.

4. Copy of payment receipt (fax paper and copy of bank transfer are not accepted, and it must be the invoice receipt issued by the school finance. Please use A4 paper, and write down the department, student number and name in the blank space on the front for filing. Grade 09 pays 8,000 yuan for thesis guidance and defense, grade1/kloc-0 pays 9,000 yuan, and grade 10 does not need to pay fees (tuition fees).

5. If the defense is postponed for more than four years (Grade 09), it is necessary to submit an extension defense report, which must be applied in person and approved by the department. Deferred defense for more than five years (level 08) will not be handled. All departments are requested to report for trial according to the above conditions, otherwise it will not be accepted.
