Heilongjiang International University International University is located in Harbin, the "northern ice city", and was established with the approval of Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government in March 2003. It is a private university which is the key construction project of "115" in the construction plan of a strong higher education province in Heilongjiang Province, and it is also the only language college in Heilongjiang Province at present. [ 1]

As of May, 20 14, the campus of Heilongjiang International College covers an area of 534,800 square meters, with a building area of 24 1800 square meters. The library has more than 654,380+04,300 books and more than 9,200 full-time students. The college consists of 7 secondary departments and 22 undergraduate majors, covering five disciplines, including literature, art, engineering, economics and management.

1993 Harbin hengxing foreign languages college was established, which is the first Chinese-foreign cooperative undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education and registered by the Ministry of Education in Heilongjiang Province.

In March 2003, with the approval of Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government, we cooperated with Harbin Normal University in running a school.

In February 2004, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Hengxing College of Harbin Normal University (the predecessor of Heilongjiang International University) was established and became an independent college of ordinary universities.

On April 20 1 1, it was transformed into a private undergraduate college with the approval of the Ministry of Education, and it was agreed that Hengxing College of Harbin Normal University was transformed into Heilongjiang International University.
